Our standard order processing time is 3–4 business days throughout most of the year. Please note that shipping time is in addition to the processing period.

While we do our best to meet the indicated timeframes, all processing times are estimates and may vary due to sales, high demand, or other busy periods. Should your order exceed the expected turnaround time, we will keep you informed at every stage.

Our shipping prices start at $9.95. As your order weight increases, the price adjusts accordingly—but rest assured, it’s always very reasonable.We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible for you!

Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to collect your order from our location in Mernda, VIC 3754, or from our partner facility in Somerton, VIC (the address will be provided in your order confirmation).

Collection Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am – 2:30 pm

Friday: 8:00am  -  12:00pm

Saturday and Sunday By request Only. 

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this confirmation before arriving to ensure your order is prepared and ready.

Yes, you can! If you need your order quickly, simply select Priority Processing at checkout.

For an additional fee, your order will be processed, packed, and shipped the next business day via Express Post.

Example:

An order placed on Tuesday will ship Wednesday.

An order placed at 12:30 am Wednesday will ship Thursday.

Please note:

3D printed parts (if not in stock) and custom designs may require additional processing time.

The “Priority Processing” option is available during checkout under postage options.

For best results, we recommend using Command™ 3M Picture Hanging Strips when mounting your plaque on painted walls. If your wall is wallpapered, textured, or coated, we suggest requesting small pre-drilled holes in your sign so it can be secured with screws instead.

Helpful tips:

✔ Check weight capacity: Always choose strips that match the weight of your sign. You can refer to the 3M usage guide for assistance.

✔ Prepare the surface: Clean the wall with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry completely before applying the strips.

✔ Consider wall finishes: While Command Strips are designed for clean removal, there is still a chance they may leave minor marks or damage to painted surfaces.

Please note: As wall surfaces can vary, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage that may occur after your sign has been received or due to incorrect installation.
