Compact ventilation with a clean, Australian-made finish.
Improve airflow without a bulky installation with the Custom Etch Single Fan Ventilation Unit. Featuring one 80 mm fan and a compact external cover, this unit is a practical choice for caravan, RV and custom ventilation projects where mounting space is limited.
At just 120 mm wide, the unit combines a narrow footprint with an angled cover, honeycomb ventilation grille and integrated mounting flanges for a neat, professional finish. The cover itself is only 32 mm deep, with an overall depth of 55 mm including the fan.
Designed and made in Australia, using UV-resistant material tested and proven for the Australian sun.

Installation
A drill and suitable silicone sealant are required for installation, along with appropriate cutting tools where a new opening is needed.
Check that the mounting location provides 25–30 mm of internal clearance. Confirm the 85 × 85 mm square fan opening and fixing-hole positions against the actual unit before cutting or drilling.
Apply silicone sealant around the mounting flange to form a proper seal against the mounting surface. Keep all ventilation openings clear of sealant.
Do not overtighten the fixing screws. Tighten gently and evenly, as excessive pressure may crack the housing or mounting flanges.
